Having trouble keeping up with your exercise?

Set goals. Whatever exercise you choose to pursue, set weekly goals and track your progress. You may set any goal appropriate for your fitness level, but the key is to persistently follow through on your plan. Record your daily workouts on a chart or keep a simple tally indicating that you completed the exercises you had planned to do.

Having trouble keeping up with your exercise? If you only train in a gym, that might be part of the reason why. Try some outdoor exercising so that you can enjoy fresh air and nature. This will invigorate your workout routine and breath new life into your commitment to fitness.

Fit in some stretching exercises when you are sitting at your desk at work. It is not good for your body when you sit at your desk for hours without getting up. Every 60 to 90 minutes, if you can get up and stretch for five minutes, you can increase the circulation in your muscles and prevent muscle cramps.

Keeping your body fit is about making choices on a daily or even hourly basis. A fundamental rule of thumb to remain fit is to keep a glass of water with you wherever you go and drink plenty of it. Water flushes your digestive tract of unwanted toxins as well as keeping the body from feeling hungry.

Clog dancing is a fun way to get fit, lose weight, and reduce stress. The basic motion to clogging is to bounce up and down by bending at the knees and pushing downwards through the feet into the ground, then rebound upwards. As you rebound upwards, shuffle your foot forward and loosely brush your toes against the ground. Clog dancing should be performed on a smooth surface with hard-soled shoes.
